Aromatherapy is the practice of using essential oils to relax or stimulate the body. Essential oils are natural oils extracted from plants flowers, leaves, stalks, bark, or roots. The oils can be put on the skin, sprayed in the air, or inhaled.

Aromatherapy is often used in mindfulness practices to help calm, ground, and focus.

Aromatherapy is incorporated into many of our mindfulness classes for children.
